Trip to Boulder!

Cody had a conference he was going to Boulder, CO for work. We had talked about going together because he was driving out but he was going with a co-worker so we forgot about the idea. When the plans changed and Cody was going alone he told me about it but apparently I wasn't listening. So on Thursday morning when he was about to leave I asked him when Tanner would pick him up and he told me he was going alone. We decided to load up and go with him. We had more time to pack than we thought because Cody had to run to the shop and get some things which took him a while but we literally had to run around the house packing as quickly as possible and jump in the car and go...probably the most last minute trip I've been on! It was a long drive but Corbett did great, other than the fact that travelling with a newly potty trained 3-year-old makes the trip A LOT longer with lots of stopping. When we got to Boulder we kind of just hung out. We were in the middle of some fun stores so we did some shopping and hung out at the hot tub some (it was more like a tiny swimming pool for Corbett). We didn't do anything too interesting but it was nice to spend time with Cody. This is the only picture I took there.
