Bear World!

While we were in Idaho we made a trip over to Bear World!!  I put a picture of a bear but it really doesn't do the experience justice.  It's pretty cool to be so close to so many bears!
They also have rides at Bear World, which were a hit with the kids!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I  wouldn't want to meet one of these in the wild!

Heart & Sole Race

Cody's parents ran their first 5k this weekend.  We went up to Rigby to cheer them on!  Corbett got a shirt just like theirs because he entered in the kids traverse.
While Kim and Susan were running the kids had plenty of fun to be had.  They got to go through a blow up obstacle course several times...

There was also a climbing wall that Corbett zipped right up a few times...

The kids jumped in the race to run at the end with Kim and Susan!  Way to go Grandma and Grandpa Sorensen!  We are proud of you!
Showing off their medals...

Corbett loved his race!  He got to go through tires, around cones, over hay, under netting and over bridges!

And best of all...he got a medal!
Just like Grandpa!
...and Grandma!
Konrad was determined to do the obstacle course too!  He did the entire thing.  He is a determined little man!

Baby Animal Days

We headed over to baby animal days at the American West Heritage Center over Spring break.  We are members (thanks mom!) so we got to go on a day that was A LOT less crowded.  The down side was the bears and a few other animals weren't out.  But it was worth it!  No crowds and we ended up going to Bear World to see the bears anyway!
We got to go with a lot of cousins!  Both my brothers' kids and one of my sister's kids were all there!

They all chose to ride in the caboose...

King of the log!
Just like my big bro!
