We had a super busy weekend a few weeks ago. I am finally recovered from it all so now I can blog about it. Above: Cody with his sister Heidi, her baby Thorin, and Cody's brother Kiel. So Heidi & Jared were on their way home from their yearly visit from Virginia. We headed to Salt Lake to say goodbye to them and spend time with Kiel & Jen and Grandma & Grandpa Sorensen. We had fun visiting and letting the kids play.
Corbett has a little cousin Brode that likes to wrestle with him. He's not that much younger than Corbett (1 1/2 years), but Corbett is huge and Brode is little for their ages. I'd say he's crazy to pick such a match but I think Brode got the best of Corbett a few times!
Kennedy has a cute little cousin Kadence! They were really cute together but they didn't want me to take their picture! I finally got this one, which I think is rather adorable!
In the middle of our visit to Salt Lake we took a break and went to Layton for my Grandma Thorson's reunion. Below: all my aunts and uncles on my dad's side, minus my Uncle Rick, and Grandma & Grandpa.

After we spent the day in Salt Lake we came home and headed out the next day for Rigby, Idaho. We spent Sunday night at Grandma & Grandpa Sorensen's house. On Monday morning our nephew Gabe was baptized. Their family is traveling from Missouri to Washington where they are moving to so they scheduled his baptism while they had a day to stop and see their families in Driggs, Idaho, where Cody grew up. Congrats to Gabe!
We took advantage of the trip to Driggs and planned a fun hike with the kids!
We had such a great time on the hike! The kids were amazingly good hikers and the twins did well in their carriers. Below: the whole crew...(top)Great Grandma, Cody, Konrad, Travis, Susan, Kim, Me, Kennedy, (Bottom) Corbett, Matilda, Gabe, Weston, and Jack.
