Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! I think it's because it's the beginning of the season when the holidays start. This year was a lot of fun. I promised my nieces and nephews we would have a halloween party. We were having a difficult time finding a day when they could all be there but we finally did it, only I had about 5 hours notice that everyone could come on a Friday night. I threw together some games and made some sugar cookies and called it good. Next year our party is going to be much better! We're at least going to eat donuts on a string!

On Halloween I took Corbett along with Sandra and Camie Jo and their kids (T.J. and Quinn also) and we trick or treated up and down main street! The kids had a lot of fun and Corbett started to figure out if you say trick or treat you get candy. We decided to trick or treat in Kaysville with our friends so we headed south for that. After Corbett was done with that (he didn't collect me nearly enough loot!)

I took him over to my parent's house. I sent Corbett up to the door to trick or treat (they didn't know he was coming) and my mom gave him some candy and shut the door! Although I can't really blame her because she had a million kids knocking on her door that night plus some other kids went to the door the same time as Corbett, I'm still going to tease her about not recognizing her grandson!...just because. So we had a great Halloween!
