Flag Football 2014

Corbett played flag football again this year. Cody was his coach again as well with the help of Dan Barton as his assistant. They both had a great time!  Corbett played quarterback half of each game.

Uncle Veldon's Funeral

My Uncle Veldon died unexpectedly.  He was an amazing man who spent his life serving and doing good.  I will miss him a lot!  Above is a picture of him and my Aunt Ida from March.  We made the trip to Kanab for the funeral.  Since it was over UEA we took an extra day and headed for Richfield on our way south, where my brother and his family moved this summer.  Since our kids used to live a mile apart, they were missing each other pretty badly, especially Anhder and Konrad.  Camie and I took the kids on a short hike...

Kennedy didn't want to be in the picture very bad.  She ran into the second picture and grabbed Corbett and with all the drama in the world said, "I love Corbett so much!"

After the funeral we took a family picture of mom and dad and the original 6 kids.  These are my people.  The ones that I've had to put up with my whole life :)

Halloween in Paradise!

My friend invited us to a little Halloween activity in Paradise.  Her in-law's have lots of Halloween decorations and acitivites like a hay ride and a train ride.  We spent an evening there and had a lot of fun!  Pretty awesome!

Kids Adventure Challenge

 Cody took the bungee to an event in St. George called the Kids Adventure Challenge.  The event went well, and Corbett had a blast.  They gave him a wristband for unlimited rides and he could go through the obstacle course all he wanted.  The pictures here don't do the course justice.  He got to go down a 35' inflatable water slide, down a zip line, through mud, and water.  He also got to do the water balls and who knows what else.  He was a muddy mess but had a great time!  He said he did the half mile course 11 times!

We went to Hyrum Dam with some of our best friends!  It was such a fun evening!  The kids loved the tube.

Our awesome neighbor, Lindsay Jensen took our kids pictures again this year!  I LOVE them!  Our kids are fairly well trained in the picture taking department so it usually goes pretty well, plus they are finally old enough to be bribed :)
