Moments...

I just wanted to share some fun little moments...Corbett and Kennedy have a special relationship. It's really sweet.

Corbett and Konrad have a fun relationship. They're always wrestling. Konrad wants to do everything Corbett does.

This is a sweet picture, but really I was thinking, why is he asleep and not me??

Corbett loves to dress as a super hero. He begged and begged for me to help him make this costume. SUPER COOL HUH??

Konrad's poor little eyes! He's had congestion in his eyes for a while. We almost took him to the doctor one day and then he started looking better, unfortunately it got worse again. He's almost over it now.

It's fun to watch them play together, too bad the nice play doesn't last long and the fighting starts.

Kennedy has learned how to climb into the tub...

We made a clubhouse on the deck off our room for the kids so they could have some shade. It was pretty fun...

Thorson Family Reunion

We had a great time at the Thorson reunion this year (also known as camping in the snow!) We always ignore the weather man, not a wise thing to do when you have two 1-year-olds and no trailer, but we still made a good camping trip out of it! My parents were nice enough to have me and the babies sleep in their trailer and keep nice and warm. Cody and Corbett slept in the tent. Corbett was SO excited for this camping trip. It was so fun to see his enthusiasm. It was a long day for him the day before we left because we had to wait for Cody to get off work before we could go. Then he asked, "are we there yet?" the entire way. He had a lot of fun playing with his cousins. My mom made a treasure hunt for the kids and he loved that too.

Konrad liked pushing his toy around whenever it was dry enough to put him down.

Corbett helped build this teepee (if you can't tell my the dirt smeared all over him).

Preschool Graduation

Corbett has been in preschool for the past 2 years. We just have a little preschool with my sister and sister-in-law and their boys who are Corbett's age. We each take a day to teach preschool. It was a good experience. Corbett learned a lot and he's very ready for Kindergarten.

On the last day I taught the boys I took them to Zilles' dairy farm. The boys got to see all the cows and pet some calves. There was a baby born just the night before. They got to see the milk truck and all the equipment too.

Lightning Power

The soccer season has ended again. Corbett loved playing this year. He was on his cousins team again with his uncle Eric for his coach. He is a naturally great defender and he also managed to score a few goals in most of his games. They had a lot of fun and he made lots of new friends!

He did really well this year, his favorite thing to do was his "up kick" though!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KENNEDY & KONRAD!!!

My babies turned ONE!!!  Can't believe it's been a year already!  We had such a great day yesterday.  Cody had the day off work so we went over to Ryan's Place Park for a picnic.  We had a great time and the twins loved the swings and the slide and climbing all over. 

I had my sister decorate some rocking horse birthday cakes, and of course a cake for each of the babies to dive into!  She was a good sport about having to decorate 4 cakes...and she's SO GOOD AT IT!

We had a BIG party!!  We combined Mother's Day, our family Easter egg hunt, and the twins birthday into one crazy fun evening! My mom ordered Maddox...YUMMY!, and we had a nice dinner to make the evening perfect!

Here are the egg hunters!  This is all my side nieces and nephews plus a friend of my nephew.  They had a great time.  They're all on a sugar high right now!

And last we had the twins open some presents...

They weren't very good at it and to make things more difficult they took turns sitting on the present. 

It really was a fun birthday!  Here's a few things about Kennedy & Konrad...
KONRAD
1.  Is walking all over and has been for about a month.
2.  Is very determined to get anything he wants.  He's curious and interested in everything around him.
3.  Smiles with a big wrinkled face, it's adorable!
4.  Seems to be very interested in balls.
5.  Loves to snuggle!
6.  Can climb on anything and get off anything.
7.  Loves to wrestle.
8.  Loves ice cream (I'm afraid he has my sweet tooth)
9.  Actually likes Cody as much as me.
10.  Flat out adorable!
KENNEDY
1.  Started walking a little.  Until yesterday her record was 6 steps but now she seems to walk around fairly well.
2.  LOVES LOVES LOVES cheese and water (not necessarily together)
3.  Can melt you by just laying her head on your shoulder.
4.  Doesn't complain about too much. 
5.  Will not leave her bath water in!
6.  She climbs into anything she can, spends most of her time in a drawer that she has emptied.  She's constantly emptying cupboards etc.
7.  Very busy!  She's an escape artist for sure!  The only thing that can contain her is a blanket in the middle of some grass, she hates the grass and will stay put!
8.  Can eat A LOT more than Konrad.
9.  Has crazy hair to match her personality.
10.  So CUTE!

Easter!

We had a great Easter! Cody's parents and Kiel and Jen and Family all came for the day on Saturday. We had a great time complete with a barbeque, Easter egg hunt, and birthday celebration for Jen. It was good weather, YAY, and we just relaxed and enjoyed!

I asked my neighbor to take our pictures for Easter. I was SO excited because my mom helped me make super cute Easter outfits for my kids and they turned out great. Thanks mom! She is SO talented!
